Our Terms Comprise
About the Platform
• We operate a multi-vendor delivery platform enabling users to order food, groceries, medicines, and other essentials from multiple vendors in a single order. • We aim to provide fair pricing aligned with in-store rates and lower commission structures for vendors.
User Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. • By using the service, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Orders & Pricing
• Prices are intended to match or remain at par with physical store pricing. • Final pricing may vary due to vendor updates, taxes, or availability. • Multi-vendor orders may be fulfilled in parts depending on logistics.
Payments
• All payments must be completed through approved payment methods on the platform. • We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party payment providers.
Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor delays. • Multi-vendor deliveries may arrive separately.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Orders may only be cancelled within a limited time window. • Refunds are processed in cases of failed delivery, incorrect items, or valid disputes, subject to verification.
Vendor Responsibility
• Vendors are responsible for product quality, pricing accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws. • We act as an aggregator and logistics facilitator.
Independent Franchise Model
• The platform operates under a franchise-based model. • Each location is owned and operated by one or more independent franchisees. • Franchisees are solely responsible for managing local operations including vendor onboarding, order fulfillment, delivery logistics, and customer service within their designated territory.
Responsibility for Orders and Services
• All orders placed through the platform are fulfilled by vendors and managed by respective franchisees. • Any issues related to product quality, delays, incorrect deliveries, pricing discrepancies, or service deficiencies shall be addressed directly by the franchisee operating in that region.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the franchisor shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from: • Actions or omissions of franchisees. • Vendor-related issues including quality, pricing, or compliance. • Delivery delays or failures. • Any indirect or consequential damages.
Franchisor Role
• The franchisor acts solely as a technology and brand provider and does not directly control day-to-day operations carried out by franchisees.
Customer Grievances
• All Customer complaints, claims, and service-related issues are handled by respective franchisees responsible for fulfilling the order. • The platform may assist in facilitating communication but the franchisee shall assume sole responsibility for resolution.
Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kundapura, Karnataka - 576201.
Changes to Terms
• We may update these terms from time to time. • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
